dhaka1 Responsible Gaming —
Your safety is our priority
Keep the fun within limits — use dhaka1's responsible gaming tools to stay in control and enjoy safely.
Why Responsible Gaming Matters
Online gaming is a form of entertainment — but it is only enjoyable when you play mindfully and within limits. dhaka1 believes that every player's physical, mental, and financial wellbeing is of the highest importance. Gaming should never have a negative impact on your lifestyle, family relationships, or financial stability.
We ask all our members to always treat gaming as a source of fun, never as an alternative to income. Placing more bets to chase losses is a dangerous habit that should be avoided. At dhaka1, we consider responsible gaming to be the core foundation of our platform.
Our responsible gaming policy ensures that every player can use a range of protective tools at their own convenience — deposit limits, self-exclusion, time-out, and more.
Important Warning
dhaka1 is for players aged 21 and over only. Account registration and gaming by minors is strictly prohibited.
- Only bet what you can afford to lose
- Gaming is never a source of income
- Seek help immediately if you have a problem
- Always put family responsibilities first
Stay In Control
dhaka1 gives you the ability to keep your gaming experience fully under your own control. The tools below can be used from your account at any time.
Deposit Limit
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, you will not be able to deposit beyond that amount — keeping your finances firmly in your own hands.
Time-Out
If you feel you need a short break, use the time-out feature. You can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
Self-Exclusion
If you want a longer break from gaming, choose self-exclusion. Once activated, access to your account will be blocked for a set period of time.
Session Time Limit
Set a time limit for each gaming session. Once the time is up, you will be automatically reminded and the session will end.
Betting History
View a full history of your gaming activity — how much you have deposited, how much you have withdrawn, and how long you have played. This information will help you make informed decisions.
24/7 Support
If you have any concerns about gaming, contact our Bengali-language live chat support team at any time. We are here to help without judgment.
